For Employers: You represent and warrant that all job postings are accurate, lawful, and do not discriminate based on protected characteristics. You agree to comply with all applicable employment laws.
For Job Seekers: You represent and warrant that all information in your profile and applications is accurate and truthful. You understand that employers make hiring decisions independently, and WePair Health is not responsible for their decisions.
6. Intellectual Property
The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WePair Health and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it as necessary to provide our services.
